Terms of Use
Last updated:
peyaji.com (“peyaji”, “we”) is a free service that turns long web addresses into short links and QR codes. By creating or using a peyaji link you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use peyaji to link to, or help spread:
- phishing, scams, or pages that pretend to be another person or organisation;
- malware, unwanted software, or anything that harms devices or data;
- spam or mass unsolicited messages;
- content that is illegal where you or your audience are, including material that exploits children;
- content that infringes someone else’s rights, or that harasses or threatens people.
You also may not try to get around rate limits or other protections, or use automated tools to create links in bulk without permission.
Your links
- Links are public: anyone who has a short link can open it, and adding
+shows where it goes. - Custom aliases are first come, first served. We may refuse or reclaim aliases that are misleading or offensive.
- Links cannot be edited, so where a link leads never changes after it has been shared.
- A link in your account (made while signed in, or added to it later) can be switched off by you, and back on. While it is off, anyone who opens it is told that the person who made it switched it off. A link we switched off for breaking these terms stays off. Contact us if you need a link removed.
Your own domain
- You may only add a domain you own or are allowed to use. Adding the DNS record we show you is how you prove it.
- You are responsible for every link made on your domain. These terms apply to them in the same way.
- If you remove the domain from your account, or its DNS record no longer points to peyaji, its short links stop working.
- We may disconnect a domain that is used to break these terms.
Removal of links
We may disable any link at any time, without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms or puts people at risk. Report a link to abuse@peyaji.com.
No warranty
peyaji is provided “as is”, for free. Links don’t expire, and if we ever stop making new links, the links already made will keep working. Beyond that we can’t guarantee that every link always works: outages can happen, and links that break these terms are switched off. We are not responsible for the content of the sites that links point to.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
